wide variety friendly staff rooftop bar small reception hidden entrance basic breakfast
the hotel was modern. the breakfast had a wide variety. the staff was friendly. i appreciated the rooftop bar, it had a fantastic view of the city.
the reception is small. the hotel entrance is hidden almost. i could not use the roof terrace because of pollution coming from a neighboring chimney.

a decent place to stay
helpful staff convenient lift drug users homeless people
the staff at reception was helpful. a tall gentleman was on duty and he helped us with both small and big requests (very patient). the rooms were nice with central location. there is a lift and plenty of shops nearby.
there were a lot of drug users and homeless people in the area. i probably wouldn't recommend this area, especially for women.

air conditioning noise subpar breakfast
The air conditioning was making this awful noise all night. i swear it never stopped, a constant buzzing and clicking and i couldn't sleep. i also found the breakfast subpar. It was missing variety and the quality was really not up to my expectations, especially for the price i paid for the room. the rooftop bar was closed. I was looking forward to having a drink with a view, but it was shut down due to a technical problem.

strange noise loud fridge
the superior king room was clean when i arrived , and breakfast was included.
i found the air conditioning made a very strange noise all night. the fridge was also loud , it made sleeping difficult.
